Data life after deletion
How long does data live out on a table's disk file before it gets overwritten? I'm looking at some security questions which need to know that if someone did get access to the disk, could they recover data?
I'm assuming it might have to do with the volume of writes to that file. Come to think of it, I'm sure there's entries in the transaction log as well (INNODB).
