Special User Privileges to Kill specific sessions

Hello,
I need a solution to be able to have a user with kill privileges only for his own account and for preselected other accounts. So a super user is too much. We dont want to allow this user to kill production processes, only to kill other private users working on the same database.
Is this somehow possible in Mysql, or is it 'all or nothing' with the super privileges?
