Password constraint

Hello, I'm new at MySQL, I have previous experience as Oracle DBA but for a new project I need to use MySQL.

I wanted to know if there is a way to define, for a user or a set of users:

1) Password expiration (for example, must be renewed every two months)
2) Password recycling (for example, you cannot use the same password unles you used N new password after the preious use of the password)
3) Password lenght, special characters, etc.
