Malware injection cleanup advice

I inherited a MySQL database server recently. The server it lives on has recently been attacked by malware injections. I see after scanning the ibdata1 file that some of the malware is in the data. There is only one ibdata1 file and the 10 databases appear to use the same data file. I need some help with strategies on how to determine which databases are compromised. The results of my scan show a number value then text data (which is where is see the injected malware). Is there a way to determine the database name and the table name by looking at records in the ibdata1 file?
