Nothing obviously wrong.
What will the SELECTs look like?
10M rows? That should be manageable.
If there are only a few "measures", the table size will be about 3GB? The secondary index will be more like 1GB? Again, manageable.
All the data about one user will be "clustered", but may occupy 2MB. This is still manageable if you have to scan all the rows for one user. (But you can't do that too often without having performance issues.)
