Hi, anyone find any more on this? I have the same issue. I have a dev server and a prod server. On the prod server, i get the error, the dev server works fine. I have tried all the tricks in this thread and I cannot get rid of the message. When I click on the the 'startup vars' tab, I get the 'cannot do this remotely' stuff, but at the bottom where it shows the path to the ini, it says e:\Program seems like it is a path issue. I have tried to use 8.3 paths everywhere and it does not change that path.....where is it trying to read the path from? i have tried changing the --defaults-file and it does not make a diff.
