Moving a database
I am new to MySql and PHP. I am trying to migrate an MS Access app to the web using MySql and PHP. Can I create the app and database locally (LocalHost) then transfer the MySQL database to a web based server. I know I can send the php files. Sorry if this is too basic, but I am a newbie to this.
Also, Sylog vs PHPAdmin?
