Display Status Of Certain Actions
When certain commands are run from within the mysql prompt, it would be REALLY nice to have status info displayed.
I ran an "alter tables <table> max_rows=1000000000" and it took over an hour and the whole time i had no idea what was happening. It would be nice to see "rebuilding table", then "reindexing" etc...
Obviously this would only happen if you are at the mysql prompt when you run it.
Though even dumping some status info to the .err file would be a plus.
