Limiting disk space per database and query execution time

Hi,

is there a way to limit the disk space for each database and the maximum execution time for a query (for a particular user)?

What I'd also think would be great would be the possibility to store the log data directly in a database instead of a file. Is such a feature planned (or even available without my knowledge ;)?

Thanks!

Markus
