Did you notice "Not enough memory" ?
You need help from system admin to troubleshoot memory usage.
If system worked properly for long time, try reboot everything.
And what is version 4.1.9 ? It is from Jurassic period? 5.0 is not supported anymore, not speaking about 4.1.23 . I don't know what is 4.1.9
