Greetings to all...

I have an arabic database built with the following encoding charset:
latin1 -- cp1252 West European
While converting it to utf-8 Data was corrupted (Could not be displayed properly in HTML with the following header :(<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8">)

Any way, I have a backup.

My question is: Any one have an idea how I could convert My database from latin1 -- cp1252 West European to utf-8 and having it displayed well in HTML page with any data corruption?

Thanks for all contributers....
