SJA?

SJA St. John Ambulance
SJA Staff Judge Advocate
SJA St. Joseph's Academy (Baton Rouge, LA Catholic high school)
SJA St. Johnsbury Academy
SJA Saint Joseph Academy (Brownsville, TX)
SJA Syndicat de la Juridiction Administrative (French: Union of Administrative Jurisdiction)
SJA Safe Job Analysis (hazardous workplaces)
SJA Singapore Jewellers Association (trade group)
SJA Service Judiciaire d'Arrondissement (French: Service Judicial District; Belgium)
SJA Saint James Academy (Malabon, Philippines)
SJA synthetic jet actuator
SJA Spokane Junior Academy (Spokane, WA)
SJA San Jose Academy (Catholic school in Navotas, Metro Manila, Philippines)
SJA Show Jumping Archive (Italy)
SJA Strategy Justification and Approval
SJA Swing Joint Assembly (sprinkler system component)
SJA Swiss-Japan Association for Engineers and Scientists (Switzerland)

I'll guess it is a "synthetic jet actuator"?

If all activity occurs in one server, there should be few, if any, problems. For automatically generating PRIMARY KEYs, study AUTO_INCREMENT. If users can create UNIQUE string (eg, user login names), then the code must have some technique for handling such. Notice that every login service does such.
