Mysql encrypted password

Hello everyone,

lets jump to the topic.
I just want to know, how to decrypt passwords that are already encrypted on mysql database, like this one : 74ab63d503275d25

my friend said it's a DES. but how do you find the 'key' to decrypt it back?

i know you can just change the password at the database, i just want to know how to decrypt it back.
