Hello

- Windows 7 64 bits
- mysql-connector-odbc-5.1.10-win32 (64 isn't working with Access97 but must also be installed for being able to define a ressource)
- MySql 5
- Access 97 sp2 - Jet 3.6

When I connect in Access a MySQL table (from WordPress), everything works fine except the fact that all texts fields ("text", "mediumtext", "longtext") are considered as varchar(255). Also, bigint are considered as varchar(255).

When I view strings longer than 255 chars, I only see an inpredictible numbers of chars whitch is lesser than 255.

I have activated "Return matching rows (instead of affected rows" as it's said here : http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E17952_01/refman-5.5-en/connector-odbc-usagenotes-apptips.html#connector-odbc-usagenotes-apptips-microsoft-access
