I'm pretty sure it's got something to do with MyODBC, and date fields. It seems that I can't change a record in tables using ODBC, but I can use Navicat and change anything I need. I've had to redesign my tables to make it work. Basically, Access sees Date/Time as a single data type. MySQL can use Date, Time, or Date/Time, and I think that is where my discrepency was. Hope that helps.
These are just observations that I've had with my setup. I'm not sure if that is the actual problem or not.
