Hope it's not too late
There out there, you just have to dig for them. For future reference, you need to go to the downloads page and pick a mirror with an FTP site. Then copy the the link and browse the public ftp directory.
For example, Oregon State's mirror:
ftp://ftp.orst.edu/pub/mysql/
Once there, browse to their Downloads directory and then the MyODBC folders (MyODBC3 is the current series). Finally, be sure and scan the entire listing, as naming has changed from time to time and some versions will be listed towards the bottom. Use this link below to find the last stable version, 3.51.09 (MyODBC-standard-3.51.9-win.exe).
ftp://ftp.orst.edu/pub/mysql/Downloads/MyODBC3/
