Re: ADO & MySQL Overhead ?
Looks like it's a symptom of the LONGTEXT field and probably any of the TEXT, MEDIUMTEXT, etc. fields.
I tried another table with smaller CHAR(200) fields and it brought back 800+ rows in about 4 seconds.
Can anyone else confirm this ?
