with 5.1.9 nothing works(64bit MSI installed, and 64 bit app does not work), and with 5.1.8 64bit MSI installed and only 64bit app works?
could you please elaborate a bit, as that sounds odd.

and the error is "Data source name not found and no default driver specified."?
