Network ODBC connections

I have been able to create ODBC connections on my PC to a MySQL database.

I have been able to create an ODBC connection on the Network PC to a MySQL Database that resides on the Newtwork PC.

I have not been able to create a connection to the Network database from my PC over the network. Also, on the Network PC if I use the IP address instead of 'localhost' the connection no longer works either.

Any suggestions?
