[MySQL][ODBC 5.2(a) Driver]Memory allocation error -> after inserting more than 65000 rows

Hi,
I have a problem using a "very long" insert statement (>300.000 rows) with the ODBC driver.
After about 65000 rows (~2*Integer range) I'm getting the " [MySQL][ODBC 5.2(a) Driver]Memory allocation error ".
Is there something I have to change in the DSN or what am I doing wrong?

Greeting, Christian
