Chris,
In VS, goto the Project menu -> Add Reference
Click on the Browse tab
Look for the MySql.data.dll file usually located in c:\program_files\mysql\mysql connector net 5.0.1(or whatever connector you are using)\binaries\.net 2.0
Highlight mysql.data.dll
Press OK
