I'm not familiar with how WebMatrix treats this issue because your code actually resides in your .aspx file. When using Visual Studio to produce projects, a folder called 'bin' is created directly underneath your project folder, so in your case it would be c:\inetpub\wwwroot\aangifte\bin\
The 'bin' folder houses .dll's your project needs.
