This has been fixed in 1.0.6. The problem was that the nant build script that I use for my releases was not properly prefixing the resources. This meant that anyone using the binary that I released would get errors trying to find resource strings. This also explains why people who rebuilt using the included Visual project got it working (Visual properly prefixed the resources).
