Hi Katie, the time out timing can be changed if you want to set a bigger amount of time on the Mysql server. You can check this page to see the options that you have http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.5/en/mysql-options.html . Otherwise you need to be aware if this behavior is correct or if there could be a problem with the query. Also the versions that we're currently supporting are 6.3.8 or later in case you want to use a newer version.
