Oh, I missunderstood:
"For MySql, you use the web configuration tool button in the solution explorer toolbar"
I thought, you were talking about the asp.net configuration tool - where you can setup users and roles (using MySql membership-and roleprovider).
That used to have a button above solution explorer.
You meant: Server explorer:-)
