Hi,

Have you had a previous installation of Connector/NET before installing 6.6.4?
If so, can you try uninstalling both version and reinstalling again 6.6.4.

(Also you must have Visual Studio closed while installing Cnet).

We recently identified a similar problem, when after installing Cnet 6.6.4 successfully, then tried to install it again causes the same problem, the workaround for now was to uninstall and reinstall again.
