Reggie,

I downloaded the .Net Connector 5.0.0 alpha this week and ran the install .msi file, but I don't see the MySQL assembly in the GAC and I don't see a MySQL.Data.MySqlClient in the DbProviderFactories section of the machine.config file. Will the Connector eventually integrate with VS 2005 and be selectable as a DataSource?

Any suggestions on getting the src to build in VS 2005?
