Hi Connector/NET may not have uninstalled completely if a Visual Studio instance or an app using the Connector were running.
I think the best shot to uninstall connector/net would be to installing it again (same version you were trying to uninstall that would be recreate the msi records) and then you should be able to uninstall it correcty.
