The graphic neither matches your description nor explains the problem.
There are several MySQL Connectors (http://www.mysql.com/products/connector/). If by "MySQL connector" you mean Connector/ODBC, Joomla does not require Connector/ODBC, eg see
http://www.joomla.org/technical-requirements.html.
Most responders here are reluctant to click on inks of unknown provenance. Please post a better description of the problem.
