Hi,
I checked the cnet version: MySql.Data, Version=6.7.4.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=c5687fc88969c44d. I first encountered this problem with version 6.4.3.0.
I tested it on various machines:
W7 Enterprise SP1 x64 VS2010
W7 Ultimate SP1 x64 (no Visual Studio)
XP Professional SP3 x32 (no Visual Studio)
The server version is 5.1.56
