Could you please run the msi for this Product with a verbose log so we can know what is causing this problem ?

Please follow these steps:

1 - Locate the msi of this product at C:\ProgramData\MySQL\MySQL Installer\Product Cache

The file name is mysql-visualstudio-plugin-1.0.2-com.msi

2 - Run the msi with the following command:

msiexec mysql-visualstudio-plugin-1.0.2-com.msi /lvx* <<pathforthelogfile>>\log.txt

Please copy the output here so we can give you specific instructions.
