Thanks for the reply. It means there is hope.
My app is on VS2010 and testing in debug mode.

I just reinstalled the Connector/NET 6.9.7, workbench 6.3.4 and MySQL for visual studio 1.2.4 and will try to follow your steps.

What version of VS is your project on?
