I just meant that I don't need any of the visual components. All queries are done through code, even the scheduling problems I was originally having. I created an abstraction layer (because I have a PHP background, and that is what we do), to centralize most of the database code, so creating queries are quick and easy, including joins.

Built-in SSH tunneling would be nice. However, after including Plink in the project, hiding the command window it shows and running login attempts using an new thread, you wouldn't know I was using a separate program.

My programs which use MySql have a small install base. The backup/restore features of the MySql Administrator work well for now.

Also, I would rather use a product created by MySql for MySql servers.
