How vb.net connect to mysql database remote server

I have problem about the vb.net with mysql database remote server connection.

I vb.net codes show as below :

The error show like :
An unhandled exception of type 'System.Net.Sockets.SocketException' occurred in mysql.data.dll

Can anybody show me some solution....?
