insert problem

Hai,
My problem is of the insert query ,by a program a row in the table abc will deleted i want to enter a data to the row where i deleted ,
for example the table name is student on every add new student id is created programaticaly or if the autoincrement is set ,if a student id eg:10 is deleted so the new value has to insert into 10 how can we do this by mysql or java
