Hi, thanks for the response.

connecting using telnet is refused:

rashads-mbp:~ rashad2985$ telnet sql-4.radyx.ru 3306
Trying 88.214.205.236...
telnet: connect to address 88.214.205.236: Connection refused
telnet: Unable to connect to remote host

I don't know, is there a problem on the host or on my computer.
