Hello,
I want to create a comercial product (NON GPL) that will use PHP and MYSQL.
I have the following questions:
1) Do I, as a developer, need to buy a comercial license for MYSQL in order to delever my product in a commercial manner?
2) Does my potential client need to buy a comercial license for MYSQL in order to use my comercial product?
3) If I am using in my product a version of PHP licensed with PHP license version 3, does the exception for the PHP license version 3 apply or do I still have to buy a license for MYSQL.
I am not interested in what MYSQL encourage us to do. I need to know if it is legal to use the GPL version of MYSQL in case 1 and 2 or not.
