24961 db_state error, but connecting is ok
When i connect to db by Database Maganer, i get this message:
-24961 The operational state of the database instance could not be determinded [db_state -v]; -24994,ERR_RTE: Runtime environment error"
But with SQL Studio and with my program i can connect correctly. And i could connect with DBM a week ago. I don't know what happened.
I tried to restrart the PC, and to reinstall the DBM, but they didn't fix the problem.
Please, please help me!
