Re: Error 10061: connect to MySQL server failed
This usually happens when the data folder is installed in a non-standard location and the configuration file is pointing to a different location for the folder.
You're using a windows server, so you should be able to find the default my.ini file somewhere. Look in there and make sure the path to the data is the same as the actual path.
