DBD::mysql::st execute failed

Hi,

I am getting random errors like the following in my webserver logs.

-e: DBD::mysql::st execute failed: You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server

and


-e: DBD::mysql::st fetchrow failed: fetch() without execute()


I am using Apache 2 with mod_perl 2.0.1, mysql 4.0.25, perl-DBD-MySQL-2.9002 and perl-DBI-1.32-5.

Is there any incompatibility with these versions?
