Get data from Mysql with php

Hello all,
I have a Mysql database with 3 column ID, Name and Image.
The Image is store in the for of:
[{"index":1,"image":"value.jpg","thumbnail":"value_t.jpg"}]
I want to get the value of "image" with Php, what just I do? plz Help
