PHP MYSQL letterhead paper

Looking for some input here or perhaps a more appropriate place to ask this type of question. In a LAMP type of setup, the end users are wanting to print two page correspondence. The first page has to go to their expensive embossed letterhead and their second page need to pull plain letter. They will be using Internet Explorer and/or Firefox to connect to their database.
Any suggestions on how to approach this?
