Unknown MySQL error

Hi,
I hope I can find some kind of help to my problem. I have a site that connects to MySQL but it gives a whole bunch of SQL errors that starts without anyone doing changes. All the errors are reported as "Unknown MySQL error" which makes it hard to troubleshot anything. Please have a look at http://www.dmni.com or http://69.20.96.179/ and you can see the errors I get. Is there a way to troubleshot errors like this? My developer says he has no idea what this could be and how to fix it so I need outside help.
Please let me know if you need more information or anything else. I am happy for any assistance to get this resolved as soon as possible since my sites is down.

There is a strange thing. I migrate this site from one server to another however they both access the same database. On http://69.20.96.179/ is gives the errors that you see but on http://69.20.74.72 which is the new location is works fine. Both connect to the same database server and the same actual database.

I Use PHP Version 4.3.11 on the http://69.20.96.179/ location and PHP Version 5.0.5-dev on the new http://69.20.74.72 location.
MySQL is version 4.1.9 both servers are running RH9 and as I mentioned the MySQL database sits on a separate server so the sites does not connect to localhost but to an other IP. However this site was running fine for months and this issue just appeared 3 days ago and I have no indication that anyone made any changes.

Best wishes,
Thom
