Re: PHP extension=php_mysql.dll not loading;

I am having the same problem. When I start Apache, I get the following error:

PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library 'c:/Program Files/PHP/ext/php_mysqli.dll' - The specified procedure could not be found.

And yes, that is the correct directory and the file is there.

MSVCR71.dll was missing in my case. Then it worked
