When ever I shut the computer down, when I turn it on again it usually starts everything by default but I have tried the following before and after modifying files both with no avail: "/etc/ini.d/mysql stop/start/restart" and "service mysql stop/start/reload/restart" no matter what I do it doesnt seem to work, I have tried both localhost (default setting) and 127.0.0.1 in the config.inc.php file.
