First let me thank you very much for your time and help !

I made the changes you suggested and it looks like there is some progress.

I copied this from my host:

Server: Localhost via UNIX socket
Server version: 5.1.61-log
Protocol version: 10
User: mdwvo@localhost
MySQL charset: UTF-8 Unicode (utf8)
Web server

cpsrvd 11.30.6.6
MySQL client version: 4.1.22
PHP extension: mysql

It now appears that I am getting a server error:

Couldn't execute query. You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'index = ''' at line 1

The above error is coming up on the Results page now - not on a new error page.

It looks like the problem is in the same area but I've tried a couple different quote combinations buy with no luck.

Any ideas or suggestions?
