MySQL Forums :: PHP :: Query help

I have learned my basics and has served me well for years. It seems now I have gotten myself a little further than I know how to do. I have a script doing some table updates. Nothing fancy, just some maintenance stuff. Unfortunately the page takes longer and longer to run, I know there is a better way to run the queries. Right now here is an example.

Is there anyone that would possible help me offline. I dont want to clutter these forums with my junk. I have probably about 6 of those queries that need "combined". I would be willing to pay.
