Detect Changes to Wordpress Database?

Hello,

I am working locally on a WP site and need to begin inserting changes that I make to page/post content to ur staging server.

I can't copy/replace the whole database since there are other developers working on elements of the site. My concern is that I won't 'catch' all of the data when I make changes to the pages/posts as some of the data is page content, some of it is custom fields for that page, etc.

Is there a way to detect new changes to the database and their locations? Then, extract 'just' those elements for insertion into the staging server using SQL scripts?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sam
