Reading log file and identifying the queries which are getting processed slowly!!

Hi,
I have mysql.log file which is very big (around 1GB). I am using vim to read the file.
Is there any way by which I can see only those queries from my log file which are loading/processing slowly or taking a bit of time to display the result.
