Coordination : Apache MySQL PHP

PHP also needs to coordinate with MySQL and incorporate the Apache Portable Runtime Libraries [APR's].

This will eliminate the vast number of problems that arise with PHP and MySQL on both Apache/Linux as well as IIS/Windows systems.

The root cause of the majority of problems and errors is simply because the configure script is written in stone for PHP and MySQL.

Inclusion of the Apache Portable Runtime Libraries eliminates nearly all of them.

But someone has to convince both PHP and MySQL developers to include APR.
